The Damac Chic Tower residential complex has a five-storey podium and a basement. The tower has an original shape: the smoothness of the lines, combined with a large number of glass, fills the building with light as if it’s weightless. Another unique detail is the cascading terraces and a stepped pool on the roof, the water flowing smoothly from one level to another.

The construction is conducted in collaboration with the famous brand De Grisogono. A popular jeweller made the main concept of the complex in beautiful turquoise so the basic colour scheme of the tower includes all the shades of blue and cyan, actively used in interiors.
